Working with the ByBorre Create™ digital design tool made us explore new territory and bring into play a, for us, unpracticed design process.
The aim of our Create™ endeavour was to devise a furniture upholstery textile that unifies refined simplicity and a sparkling appeal.

For the most part our design projects are characterised by a meticulous approach. Coming up with a random (without method or conscious decision) dessin/pattern, called for a more haphazard design process, which was rather new to us.

Opposed to using AI tools, which may seem obvious and contemporary, we prefer to stay ‘in charge’ and decided to hand-pick each and every ‘pixel’ that now defines our textile design. Making this project a real fusion of ‘the physical’ and ‘the digital’.
